Direct tags import from MELSEC-FX PLC

This driver supports the direct tags import from MELSEC-FX PLC. The requirement is a valid .CSV file created by the program «GX IEC Developer» (menu «Extras», item «Export Variables»). GX IEC Developer creates a file named by default «VARLIST.CSV».
