Web browser¶
Applications
Typically used to display HTML content exposed by a web server (for example a PLC, a network printer, an IP camera).
Configuring the object
Create a search bar
Create an Editable label object.
In the Web browser properties, click next to URL and set a dynamic link with the Text variable of Editable label.
At runtime it is then possible to type the desired URL and press ENTER to display the related HTML page.
Create buttons for navigation
With object methods it is possible to create buttons for forward/backward/update navigation:
Create a Button object.
Associate the MouseClick Event button event with the Navigate to previous method of the Web browser object.
Repeat the previous steps for the other two buttons to be associated with the Navigate to next and Refresh methods.
